Common Questions

What symptoms does this checker cover?

Fatigue and weakness, bleeding or easy bruising, swollen lymph nodes, persistent fever or night sweats, bone or joint pain, and abnormal blood test results (CBC, bone marrow, flow cytometry, molecular panels).

Is this a medical diagnosis?

No. This is an informational tool only. It is designed to help you understand your symptoms and decide whether a professional consultation may be beneficial. Always consult a qualified physician for diagnosis.

What are the early warning signs of leukemia or lymphoma?

Common early signs include persistent unexplained fatigue, easy bruising or unusual bleeding, swollen lymph nodes lasting more than 2–4 weeks, unexplained weight loss, drenching night sweats, persistent fever, recurrent infections, bone pain, and abnormal CBC values. Use this checker to assess your symptoms.

What does an abnormal CBC mean?

Low red blood cells suggest anaemia. Low platelets can cause bruising or bleeding. Abnormal white cells or immature blast cells may indicate bone marrow disorders or blood cancers. Expert review by a molecular hemato-oncologist can clarify your specific findings.

When should I see a hematologist for fatigue?

If fatigue has persisted for more than 2–4 weeks without obvious cause, is severe, or is accompanied by shortness of breath, pale skin, weight loss, or abnormal blood tests — a haematology consultation is advisable.

What are B symptoms in blood cancer?

B symptoms are three constitutional signs used in lymphoma staging: unexplained fever above 38°C, drenching night sweats, and unexplained weight loss greater than 10% of body weight in 6 months. Their presence indicates more aggressive disease and influences treatment.
